Inspired by the struggle of our youth, we are striving to provide an affordable home to those who wish to live together and respect one another. Our long-term vision is to preserve our historical architecture and repurposing these gems for modern use. The biggest need in real estate today is affordable housing. Through our combined strengths in architecture, construction and finance, we are pouring the foundations to new homes for a struggling generation.

We understand that family emergencies can be challenging. At our core, integrity is a key value for us. If you ever need to terminate your stay due to an emergency, we will reimburse you for the remaining days. This is in contrast to the usual practice of charging three months' rent for breaking the lease.
